Personal information

The app does not intentionally collect identifying details such as your name, home address, telephone number, or email address while you use the service.

Automatically processed information

Limited anonymous technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, or browser language, may be processed for measurement, auditing, service improvement, and development.

Face data processing

Some visual effects may temporarily analyze facial landmarks on the device in real time. This is used only to create the selected effect or improve the resulting video.

Facial information is not used to identify people, build biometric profiles, track users, or create identity records. Locally processed facial landmarks are discarded when effect generation finishes and are not retained or shared.

AI Processing and Service Providers

When you request AI-generated content, the photos, images, text prompts, or instructions you choose to submit may be securely transmitted to contracted AI-processing and cloud-infrastructure providers.

This content is used only to complete the generation you requested. Providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use it independently, sell or share it, or retain it longer than needed for processing.

Uploaded content is kept only for the time reasonably required to process the request and return the result. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and providers must maintain appropriate safeguards.

Device Permissions

Camera and Photos: used only after authorization so you can select or capture media for supported creation features.
Microphone: used when you choose to record video or audio that includes your voice.
Storage: used where required to access or save media.

Permissions can be disabled in your device settings. The app does not take unrelated information or media from your device without your action and authorization.

Disclosure and Sale of Data

We do not sell or trade personal data. Information is not disclosed for independent third-party use. The limited processing by contracted AI and infrastructure providers is governed by the restrictions described above.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, or disclosure. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy. Material changes may be announced through an in-app notice, an email where available, or a prominent notice on this page.
